Reciprocal (Mutual) Access Easement Agreement

This agreement allows neighboring property owners to share access ways between two properties, allowing for convenient and efficient flow of vehicular traffic of their customers. Typically utilized in shopping centers or adjacent retail outlets, the agreement allows customers of each party to cross the other owners’ property while entering, circulating, parking and leaving the area. This agreement can also be used between neighboring owners who desire to share a common driveway situated on both properties.
