An LLC is an entity consisting of managers and members, as opposed to the familiar corporate setup of Directors and shareholders. Control of the LLC can be exercised directly by the members (owners of the company), or managers (can be, but do not have to be, owners of the company). Officers (e.g. President) can be appointed to take care of daily operational tasks. We will take care of filing the Certificate with the Secretary of State.
